Welcome to Seen & Heard...


Seen & Heard is the Children's Rights Institute within the People for Change Foundation.

The Foundation was created in 2007, yet this Insitute was established in early 2008 as a result of the need for a Maltese-based civil society organization working on issues of children's rights.


The website currently uploaded is a skeletal version of what we envision will be, not the final product, but a later version of this product.

If you have any input, or would like to share ideas with us, do visit the Contact section and send us an email.

In the meantime, we will soon be creating a mailing list from which children's rights news will be disseminated. You may also access such news in the News section, where we collect some of the most notable news stories related to children from the national media.
